Order Processing

Husqvarna Orders: Shipped within 5 working days using Courier Post.  

Segway Navimow Orders: Currently available as a limited pre-order opportunity. Purchasing a Navimow i Series Robotic Mower secures your place in the next shipment to New Zealand. Delivery can take 2 to 5 weeks, depending on when your order is placed within the pre-order cycles. We will provide an estimated delivery time when you purchase your Navimow i Series online.

Shipping Rates:

Occasionally, additional shipping fees may apply due to oversized items or dangerous goods. 

You are responsible for selecting the correct delivery option between Rural and Standard. Please ensure you choose the appropriate option based on your delivery address.

We will notify you of any additional costs before shipping.

Store Pickups

Orders can be picked up but only with prior arrangement. Email admin@mowbot.co.nz or all 0800 MOWBOT to organise this with the MowBot team.

International Shipping

We only ship to New Zealand and currently do not offer international shipping
